ITINERARY
Our chef and an assistant will arrive with virtually everything needed to prepare your previously selected gourmet meal.
You have the option of supplying your own plates, silverware and wine glasses, if you so choose.
However, you can also choose a completely stress free dinner by having our staff provide the table décor (centerpiece, candles, flowers, etc.) at a minimal extra cost. The cost will be discussed with designer prior to the event.
Your starters will be prepared and served once we had unloaded.
Dinner will be started while you’re enjoying your first appetizer. However, depending on your entree selection, the entree may need preparation before your first starter.
After we begin to prepare your entree, the second starter will be served.
Your chef will inform you of the estimated time your entree will be served. This gives you time to enjoy your starters and perhaps a cocktail or a glass of wine.
Your entrée is served.
Relax and enjoy!
We will start clean up and prep for dessert.
When you’re ready, dessert is served.
While you enjoy dessert, we finish clean-up.
Closing discussion with chef to make sure everything was satisfactory.
We pack up, load up and depart.
