What To Expect At your Ultimate Date Night for 2

Itinerary

Our chef and an assistant will arrive with virtually everything needed to prepare your previously selected gourmet meal. 


You simply supply place settings and wine glasses.  


Once they’ve unloaded supplies, your starters will be prepared and served. 


Dinner will be started while you’re enjoying your first starter. (Depending on your entree selection, the entree may need to begin before your first starter. But your chef will make that determination)


After we begin to prepare your entree  the second starter will be served. 


Your chef will inform you of the estimated time your entree will be served. This gives you time to enjoy a glass of wine.


Your entree is served.


We pair the appropriate wine.


Relax and enjoy.


We will start clean up and prep for dessert 


When you’re ready, dessert is served.


While you enjoy dessert we finish clean up.


Closing discussion with chef to make sure everything was satisfactory.


We depart.

Before we arrive (Customer’s Responsibilties)

To serve you better please.

  • Have dishwasher empty so we can simply load each batch of dishes in the empty dishwasher after you’ve completed each course. This makes for a smoother transition to the next course.

Clean Dishes

Please clean the dishes that you plan to use during our visit especially in an AirBnB or if you’re using your fine china that has been stored away.  It’s an unknown whether or not the last users of your plate-ware thoroughly clean them. So clean them to be sure and safe.

Clear Counters

Please have counters as clear as possible so we can work efficiently and safely. Hats Off To Dining Catering’s staff prides ourselves that we prepare virtually everything from scratch. This requires a clear work area so we can get your delicious dishes out to you on time.
