Pasta Salad - Angel Hair Pasta, Italian Dressing and our special seasonings are combined with Fresh Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers and Onions for a delectable exhilarating taste.
Baby Spinach Salad - Baby Spinach is combined w/Dried Cranberries, Strawberries, Roasted Pecans, Tomatoes and Feta Cheese. It’s drizzled with a delicious Greek Salad Dressing.
Vegan Crab Cakes - Hearts of Palm and Chic Peas are combined with an array of ingredients to form a Mock Crabcakes everyone enjoys.
Oven Roasted Asparagus and Grape Tomatoes - A mini plate of one the most popular side dishes is offered here as an appetizer. Asparagus spears are tossed with EVOO, Garlic, Kosher Salt and Fresh Cracked Black Pepper added to perfectly roasted Grape Tomatoes.
Mushroom Chowder - This hearty favorite is delicious. Rich creamy broth is created with celery, onions, potatoes, garlic, Thyme, Portobello and Shiitake Mushrooms and other ingredients.

Meatchetta - Italian Sausage Crumbles are combined with Sliced Bell Peppers and Onion and Sautéed and then placed on Toasted French Bread and topped with Provolone Cheese. It’s placed under a broiler for 30 seconds before serving.
Opened Faced Pulled Pork Baguette - Our Award Winning Pulled Pork is placed on Toasted French Bread
Shrimp Scampi - Sautéed Shrimp are merged with rich tangy Scampi Sauce and tossed with fresh linguine
Mussel Chowder - Rich creamy broth is created with celery, onions, potatoes, garlic, Thyme and other ingredients. Fresh Mussels and Shrimp are added at the very end of simmering so they remain tender.
Roasted Mini Multi-Colored Bell Peppers stuffed with Turkey Sausage Stir-Fry. We make our delicious Turkey Sausage only to crumble it into a stir-fry. We then roast Mini Multi-Colored Bell Peppers stuffed with Stir-Fry. Served as a small plate dish with Basmati Rice.

Rosemary Chicken - Fresh chicken pieces are seasoned and refrigerated overnight. They are pan seared to a golden brown. We add Chipoline onions and mushrooms and transfer to finish in the oven. At the very end we add fresh Rosemary for another layer of deliciousness.
Chicken Parmesan - Fresh chicken breasts are tenderized, seasoned, breaded and pan fried. We add our own marinara sauce and Provolone Cheese and finish in the oven. Served with fresh pasta.
Roasted Chicken w/Egg Noodles - Fresh chicken pieces are seasoned and refrigerated overnight. We roast them with celery, bell pepper and onions. The egg noodles are cooked with the chicken and absorbs the flavors. You can stop eating them.
We're always adding seafood so if you don't see your favorite, ask.
Pan Seared Salmon filet is served over a bed of linguini noodles that have been tossed in lemon oil, grilled marinated artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes, and asparagus. It's finished off with a white wine lemon butter sauce, fresh basil and fried capers.
This is a customer favorite because we make the Salmon the star. A dash of selected seasonings only compliment the natural Salmon goodness. Combined with the technique of the Pan Sear makes this a favorite.
Large Shrimp are marinated in herbs and grilled quickly. You don't want to over cook shrimp so there perfect after only a few minutes on the hot grill. Combined with a creamy Fettuccine Alfredo for a wonderful contrast of flavor and texture.
When you taste this delicious sauce you would think it took hours to prepare but wine, garlic and tomato is a great combination to infused Mussels.
Homemade Strawberry Syrup is poured over delicious pound cake and intermingled with Vanilla Ice Cream. But we're not finished yet. We add a second layer of pound cake and more Strawberry Syrup before topping it with Whipped Cream.
If you haven't had a Banana Foster, you haven't lived. We take fresh firm Bananas halves and flambe' in a decadent Caramel Sauce. This sweet nectar is ladled over vanilla ice cream.
One of my favorite repeat customers, Kristie Taylor, has had just about all my favorite desserts that are listed on this page. She wanted something different for a date night with her date Paul and two other friends. So as I was driving to her place it dawned on me that I didn't have one of my favorite desserts, Apple Pie ala Mode, as a choice. But I didn't have time to bake an apple pie and prepare dinner for Kristie Lee and her guests too. So creativity struck and I realized by deconstructing the pie it would cut the preparation time by more than half. This was the first time that I met Paul, (who is now her husband). I recently told Kristie when she hired me again and she said I should name it after her. So I did.
Whenever I use the term "Done My Way" you should know that it's not average. We take Brownie Chunks, Chocolate Cake w/Chocolate Frosting and intermingle Vanilla Ice Cream and top it with hot delicious gooey Hot Fudge. So you get a mix of texture, temperature and chocolate as you devour it.
