Fork Tender Beef Roast w/Onion and Bell Pepper on a Toasted French Baguette

Top Grade Chuck Roast is seasoned and marinated overnight. Bell Peppers, celery, and onions are added and slow roasted. The resulting tenderness amazes almost as much as the flavor.

Grilled Fish w/Lemon, Butter Sauce

Onions, garlic, butter and wine are used to create the most delicious sauce to accompany this delectable grilled white fish. 

Bruschette

A delicious tomato salad w/Fresh Basil, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese and more.

Grilled Fish Tacos

Flaky White Fish is seasoned, cooked, and added to a bed of slaw in a warm taco shell

Buffalo Catfish

Catfish fillets are season, coated then baked to a crispy perfection and drizzled with our own Buffalo Sauce.

Shrimp Scampi (Small Plate)

Although this is  a mini plate, the shrimp are not mini.  21-25 Count Shrimp are lightly sauteed and a delicious tangy Scampi Sauce is created.  We then add Fettuccine to absorb that goodness.  You'll wish you had more but remember this is only the beginning of your experience.  

Entrees

Fork Tender Beef roast

Herb Crusted Ribeye Steak

Fresh Rib-eye Steak is seasoned lightly with herbs that will compliment the naturals flavor when seared to your desired temperature.  Served with Roasted New Potatoes w/sauteed onions and 4 x 4 Roasted Asparagus.  

Roasted Chicken w/Egg Noodles

Fresh chicken pieces are seasoned and refrigerated overnight. We roast them with celery, bell pepper and onions. The egg noodles are cooked with the chicken and absorbs the flavors. There so good you can’t stop eating them. 

Rosemary Chicken

Fresh chicken pieces are seasoned and refrigerated overnight. They are pan seared to a golden brown. We add Chipoline onions and mushrooms and transfer to finish in the oven. At the very end we add fresh Rosemary for another layer of deliciousness.

Fettuccine Alfredo w/Shrimp

Seasoned Shrimp are sauteed and a delicious Alfredo Sauce is created to cover Fresh Fettuccine.

Desserts

Hot Fudge Sundae Done My Way

This is an experience of chocolate, temperature, and texture.  Brownies are crumbled and place in a goblet. We add vanilla ice cream. A little hot fudge.  Then a layer of chocolate frosted chocolate cake. More ice cream.  More hot fudge. Then whipped cream.  

Strawberry Shortcake Done My Way

Homemade Strawberry Sauce is drizzle over fresh pound cake, topped with vanilla ice cream.  Wait we're not finished. We had another layer of cake, more Strawberry Sauce and top with whip cream.
