The purpose of the Flavor Spike Website Project is to achieve better health for those who suffer from Diabetes and pre-diabetic. The main challenge when one is diagnosed with diabetes is the lifestyle change, specifically learning how the foods they eat impact their blood glucose levels.
Flavor Spike will provide packed cooked and uncooked meals that are safely mailed/delivered to the diabetic consumer initially in the Greater Tampa, FL area, and eventually nationwide. An additional part of our strategic approach is to provide effective education and information to help people with diabetes learn the best ways to manage their condition with accessible videos and cooking classes. This combination will empower the client to control their eating regiment.
Through a unique combination of diabetic friendly recipes Flavor Spike will provide customers with convenient meals designed to help achieve and maintain normal blood sugar levels.

Your delicious choices await. We start with your proteins. This Pork Tenderloin is seasoned w/Salt, Pepper, Adobo and other seasoning. It’s then pan seared to lock in the juices before roasting to perfection.
I am delighted that so many of my most popular dishes are also diabetic friendly. This low and slow roasted favorite always pleases the client. Top grade Chuck Roast is seasoned and roasted with onions, bell pepper and celery. The result is a very tender beef that is succulent.

This is a hearty salad. Ribeye steak and shrimp, Green Beans, are combined with Grape Tomatoes for a delicious filling salad. We dress it with a Dijon Mustard, Garlic salad dressing.
You'll find many green sides and few carbs. There are two pieces of good news though. One, the green side dishes are so delicious. And two, we Spiked up the flavor on some great carb replacements.
