There's nothing like a hearty Chowder to start off a meal. Customers say our Mussel Chowder is the best they've ever had. But customers also love our Mushroom Chowder, they have no idea that it's Vegan. They just want more. We also have a few more chowders that can be discussed when we talk.
Although this is a mini plate, the shrimp are not mini. 21-25 Count Shrimp are lightly sauteed and a delicious tangy Scampi Sauce is created. We then add Fettuccine to absorb that goodness. You'll wish you had more but remember this is only the beginning of your experience.
Sharmarl carefully planned the menu for his wife’s, Amy, Birthday Dinner. She liked chowder but not necessarily Seafood. So I created a chowder especially for her. After all I have to make Sharmarl look good to his wife, right? I'm not going to give away the recipe but the base was different from my other chowders and the chicken is first roasted before being added. The spices are perfectly balanced with the creaminess of the broth. She and her guests loved it. It was such a hit I had to add it and name it after her.
Fresh Baby Spinach is combined with Dried Cranberries, Tomatoes, Roasted Pecans, Fresh Strawberries and Feta Cheese. It's drizzled w/our very own Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil Salad Dressing.
Authentic Caesar Dressing is made table side with Anchovies, Garlic, Homemade Croutons, Fresh Parmesan Cheese.
Spring Mix is combined with Tomatoes, Dried Cranberries, Goat Cheese, Glazed Walnuts, Crispy Bacon, and drizzled with a Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Fresh Rib-eye Steak is seasoned lightly with herbs that will compliment the naturals flavor when seared to your desired temperature. Served with Roasted New Potatoes w/sauteed onions and 4 x 4 Roasted Asparagus.
A Beef Tenderloin is seared and then encased in Mustard, Mushroom and Prosciutto and then in a Puffed Pastry and roasted to perfection. Served w/ a scrumptious Mushroom Gravy, Orzo and Broccolini tossed in lemon, butter and garlic.
Fresh Salmon is seasoned lightly and seared to perfection but not over cooked. Goes delightfully with the Asian Stir-Fry and Basmati Rice.
There are so many ways Lamb can be prepared which are all delicious. So instead of settling for one we present Lamb 3 different ways; Fried, Barbecued, and Roasted. You're bound to find a new favorite but all are great.
Fresh Lobster Tails are lightly coated with a special sauce before roasting. Served on a bed of Gwen's Zucchini Pasta Salad. Accompanied with Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Orzo.
This Prime Rib is cooked with bone-in to give that extra flavor. Cooked low and slow. It is so tender and succulent. Served with Scalloped Potatoes and Sauteed Spinach.
This tropical favorite alway satisfies. Fresh Mahi-Mahi is lightly seasoned and coated w/crushed Macadamia Nuts and then lightly sauteed. A rich Pineapple is drizzled over to finish.
We lightly season an Amberjack Filet and pan sear it and finish it in the oven. We create a delicious Artichoke, Lump Crab Cream sauce as a base to for the filet.
This white flaky fish is seasoned then pan seared and placed over par-boiled cauliflower and strips of red pepper and finished by roasting to merged the delicious flavors.

Banana Foster is another decadent favorite for any occasion. It's especially nice because we flambe it table side before serving.
Homemade Strawberry Sauce is drizzle over fresh pound cake, topped with vanilla ice cream. Wait we're not finished. We had another layer of cake, more Strawberry Sauce and top with whip cream.
This is an experience of chocolate, temperature, and texture. Brownies are crumbled and place in a goblet. We add vanilla ice cream. A little hot fudge. Then a layer of chocolate frosted chocolate cake. More ice cream. More hot fudge. Then whipped cream.

Fresh apples are sliced and sauteed until tender but firm with all the ingredients of a traditional apple pie. But we bake the flaky crust separately. We spoon the apples over the vanilla ice cream with flaky crust on the side. So good.
