There are very popular dates that our customers want to book. We try our best to have a fair procedure in place, the first booked process. This means that if 2 clients call to inquire about our availability for the same date, we can help you work out the menu and gather details about your event and give a quote. But until the non-refundable deposit is paid, the date doesn’t belong to you. So if you have an event and you know for sure you’d like to utilize our services, it’s best to guarantee you own the date by paying the non-refundable deposit.
Booking Your Event - A non refundable 25% deposit is required if the booking occurs more then 90 days from the event date. The balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
If the booking occurs less then 90 days the required non refundable deposit is 50% and the balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
Future Dates – We are reluctant to book too far in the future. 3 months is about our limit. Covid-19 is a prime example of how unforeseen things can cause plans to be ruined.

If Hats Off To Dining Catering is unable to provide catering service as originally agreed on the event we will refund the clients funds.
If the client is unable to have their event on the agreed upon date booked, they can select one alternate further event date that is within 90 days of the original event date without the loss of any of their payment.
However if the alternate future date selected falls during Holiday Season of 10/15/2022 and 01/04/2023 an additional charge will be required to be determined at that time.
If the alternate date is then canceled by the client the deposit is forfeited.

Customer service is a staple of Hats Off To Dining Catering operation from our delicious cuisine, how we serve it and also how we offer options of payment of our fee. We are constantly looking to improve all aspects of our service. Therefore, we wanted to list payment options from which our clients can benefit.
We do take PayPal. And through PayPal we offer their Pay Later program. This gives our customers the flexibility to pay in installments over time—with no late fees for them.
Holiday Pay Early Program
Our Holiday Pay Early Program benefits repeat clients and new clients spending at least $2500.00. We offer this to select clients each holiday. It's very simple. If your outstanding balance is $2,500.00 or more, you're eligible to get a discount of $100.00 if you make an early payment of at least $1000.00. An early $500.00 payment earns a $50.00 discount. Many clients have taken advantage of these savings.
Installments
The installment savings plan is the latest innovation to offer clients savings on our services. Clients with at least a $2, 500.00 balance can choose to pay in 3 installments with in 60 days and receive a $50.00 discount on each of these "on time" installments.
