There are very popular dates that our customers want to book. We try our best to have a fair procedure in place, the first booked process. This means that if 2 clients call to inquire about our availability for the same date, we can help you work out the menu and gather details about your event and give a quote. But until the non-refundable deposit is paid, the date doesn’t belong to you. So if you have an event and you know for sure you’d like to utilize our services, it’s best to guarantee you own the date by paying the non-refundable deposit.
Future Dates – We are reluctant to book too far in the future. 3 months is about our limit. Covid-19 is a prime example of how unforeseen thing can cause plans to be ruined.

Chef Anthony is owner and Executive Chef of Hats Off To Dining Catering. He and Chef Scott started the company in 2002. Our philosophy then and now is Dining Should Be A Wonderful Experience for everyone; carnivores, pescatarians, vegans/vegetarians and those clients who need gluten-free.
