Our Award Winning Pulled Pork is placed on Toasted French Bread
Italian Sausage Crumbles are combined with Sliced Bell Peppers and Onion. We then Sautéed them placed on Toasted French Bread and topped with Provolone Cheese. It’s placed under a broiler for 30 seconds before serving. .
Sautéed Shrimp are merged with rich tangy Scampi Sauce and tossed with fresh linguine
Baby Spinach is combined w/Dried Cranberries, Strawberries, Roasted Pecans, Tomatoes and Feta Cheese. It’s drizzled with a delicious Greek Salad Dressing.
Romaine Lettuce is combined w/ a delicious Caesar Salad Dressing and Croutons w/Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Fresh Rib-eye Steak is seasoned lightly with herbs that will compliment the naturals flavor when seared to your desired temperature. Served with Roasted New Potatoes w/sauteed onions and 4 x 4 Roasted Asparagus.
A Poultry Version of the original Beef Wellington. Fresh chicken is marinated and then rolled into a loaf and covered in a vegetable mixture before being covered in puff Pastry and roasted to a Golden Brown.
Fresh Chicken Breast is lightly seasoned and breaded and pan fried. We then create a Lemon Butter Sauce w/Capers and toss with an array of vegetables and Linguini Pasta.
This technique is usually done on potatoes. We've applied the cut to chicken breast for a delightful twist on fried chicken presentation. It's served with delicious Fettuccine Alfredo
Fresh Salmon is seasoned lightly and seared to perfection but not over cooked. Goes delightfully with the Asian Stir-Fry and Basmati Rice.
This tropical favorite alway satisfies. Fresh Mahi-Mahi is lightly seasoned and coated w/crushed Macadamia Nuts and then lightly sauteed. A rich Pineapple is drizzled over to finish.
Shrimp are seasoned and sauteed. We make a delicious Alfredo Sauce and add Fettuccine and the shrimp and toss.
Banana Foster is another decadent favorite for any occasion. It's especially nice because we flambe it table side before serving.
This is an experience of chocolate, temperature, and texture. Brownies are crumbled and place in a goblet. We add vanilla ice cream. A little hot fudge. Then a layer of chocolate frosted chocolate cake. More ice cream. More hot fudge. Then whipped cream.
Homemade Strawberry Sauce is drizzle over fresh pound cake, topped with vanilla ice cream. Wait we're not finished. We had another layer of cake, more Strawberry Sauce and top with whip cream.
