Authentic Caesar Dressing is made table side with Anchovies, Garlic, Homemade Croutons, Fresh Parmesan Cheese.
This staple of the traditional steakhouse has made a comeback. Any time I get to make a salad dressing from scratch I get excited. Our Blue Cheese Dressing is incredible with this classic. It pairs well with the Tomatoes, Bacon and Chives
Several steps are taken to get explosion of flavor in this chowder and I'm not referring to the spicy Turkey Sausage alone. The chicken is first roasted and the broth that is generated is added to the chowder. Then you have the Trinity, the Fresh Thyme and the white wine. It's just so good!
Potatoes, celery, onion, wine, fresh Thyme and Fresh Mussels are just a few of the ingredients that make this customer favorite.
Customers can’t get enough of our Crab Cakes. Maybe it's the fact that we use only Lump Blue Crab Meat or it could be we use very little breadcrumb. And when they taste them w/ our signature Remolaude Sauce, they are really hooked.
Top quality Beef Tenderloin is covered in Mustard then w/ a Duxelles made of Portobello Mushroom, Shallots, fresh herbs, and other ingredients. It's then covered in Prosciutto and finally encased in a flaky delicate Puff Pastry. Delightful!

Fresh Rib-eye Steak is seasoned lightly with herbs that will compliment the naturals flavor when seared to your desired temperature. Served with Roasted New Potatoes w/sauteed onions and 4 x 4 Roasted Asparagus.

The Rack of Lamb is seared and coated in a herb garlic dressing before roasting to a perfect medium temperature. It's amazing!
This white flaky fish is seasoned then pan seared and placed over par-boiled cauliflower and strips of red pepper and finished by roasting to merged the delicious flavors.
This tropical favorite alway satisfies. Fresh Mahi-Mahi is lightly seasoned and coated w/crushed Macadamia Nuts and then lightly sauteed. A rich Pineapple is drizzled over to finish.
Fresh Lobster Tails are lightly coated with a special sauce before roasting. Served on a bed of Gwen's Zucchini Pasta Salad. Accompanied with Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Orzo.
Sometimes you just want to indulge and have it all. A Lobster Tail is seasoned with our special butter sauce and we top it with our Chesapeake Bay Lump Crab Cake and bake. We then finish with a drizzle of the Butter sauce. It's truly incredible.

Banana Foster is another decadent favorite for any occasion. It's especially nice because we flambe it table side before serving.
This is an experience of chocolate, temperature, and texture. Brownies are crumbled and place in a goblet. We add vanilla ice cream. A little hot fudge. Then a layer of chocolate frosted chocolate cake. More ice cream. More hot fudge. Then whipped cream.

Fresh apples are sliced and sauteed until tender but firm with all the ingredients of a traditional apple pie. But we bake the flaky crust separately. We spoon the apples over the vanilla ice cream with flaky crust on the side. So good.
Homemade Strawberry Sauce is drizzle over fresh pound cake, topped with vanilla ice cream. Wait we're not finished. We had another layer of cake, more Strawberry Sauce and top with whip cream.
