Now Hats Off To Dining’s “Dine at Home” service can make eating in a “Wonderful Experience”. You’ve been missing out if you haven’t dined with us in your own home. This isn’t takeout. That’s right, we prepare selections from our elaborate menu in your home for just the two of you or a small dinner party.

We’re always open to feedback. A good friend of mine, Michelle O., made the observation that our Personal Chef service sounds like it’s out of her league financially. She equated it to an exclusive group who has a personal trainer and a personal driver and out of her price range. She was surprised when she saw our prices were affordable. We set out to try to think of a new name for our Personal Chef service. We really wanted it to be simple and the name had to define the service at a glance. What could be simpler then “Dineat Home”?

Pepper-Crusted Ribeye Steak with Port-Wine Mushroom Sauce – These tenderloin steaks are lightly crusted with peppercorn and seared to your specified temperature and topped with delicious mildly sweet mushroom gravy.
Ribeye Steak with Brandy Peppercorn Rub – We combine a touch of brandy peppercorn with other ingredients and rub your tenderloins before broiling to your specified temperature.
Herb Crusted Pan – Seared Rib Eye Steak – Your Rib Eye Steaks are topped with special seasonings and seared in an olive oil and butter mixture. (Finished to your desired temperature.)
Tangy Glaze Salmon - A tangy glaze creates a caramelized crust on this flavorful salmon. We recommend the Asian stir-fry and rice to accompany this delicious entrée.
Chicken Breast stuffed Prosciutto and Pesto - The succulent chicken is seasoned and stuffed with interesting blend of Prosciutto and a rosemary pesto.
Pan – Roasted Chicken with Mushrooms and Rosemary – You won’t believe how simply delicious this dish is. The Rosemary blends so well with the mild flavors of the shallots and mushrooms.
-All entrees are served with two of the following side dishes and Dessert-
Asian Stir Fry - Bean sprouts, shredded carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Served w/ rice.
Asparagus - The asparagus is seasoned with olive oil and garlic and broiled to tender perfection. (Grilling may be appropriate depending on the entrée.)
Baked New Potatoes seasoned with Thyme and Rosemary, then baked with sautéed onions.
Carrots baked in vegetable broth and butter until their sweet and tender.
Dessert is a special version of our Strawberry Shortcake.
