It was a coincidence that I met Courtney from Base Culture a few months ago. Base Culture and HOTD have similar philosophies about basic food and preparing food from scratch. When we combine it with the Asian Stir-Fry, it gets even better; in tatse and nutrition. You'll learn how to prepare it all. And as many of my former students tell me, it's their "go to" dish when they want to impress their guests.

This is the most requested class we offer and it gets rave reviews. I was delighted that it didn't take much tweaking to make it Gluten Free. The taste didn't change at all. Because that's what it's all about; everyone experiencing great food regardless of their circumstances. We teach you how to achieve the perfect temperature on your steak along with what seasonings work best.
Don't take your side dishes for granted. They are just as important. Once my students learn how to make these side dishes, they combine them with other entrees. They're just so good.
