I love to cook, which is why I got into the culinary business. You should enjoy what you do for a living. I've been in business for well over a decade and I'm still living the dream and discovering new tastes and meeting fantastic people.
About 4 years ago, I got the crazy idea of teaching others to cook at the request of one of my Personal Chef clients. I discovered something new about myself that day. I like to teach cooking too! Its something about sharing knowledge and seeing others discover they can perfect something new.
And then you meet people that are just plain fun. I want to bring this experience to you. If you are a “Foodie” that loves to eat or a great cook yourself and just want to perfect a chowder, you’ll love my class. It’s all hands on, from the prep to the plate, you will know how to prepare your meal on your own after I leave for many years to come.
Many satisfied clients have enjoyed our In-Home Cooking Classes. It’s one of the most requested services that we offer.
Our goal is for you to be as comfortable and confident in cooking one of our gourmet dishes as you would be if you were preparing one of your family favorites. This hands-on, step-by-step, instructional class features some of our most popular entrees and desserts.

Anthony! Thank you SOOOO much! You would be very proud! We did pretty well, and dinner was good! Gordon loved his steak, the fillet was good, and the sea bass was delicious! The asparagus came out perfectly! I should have gotten the mushrooms and onions and done with the steak, but I didn't think I could manage one more new thing! Next time.....!

You not only learn how to cook the meals but you will enjoy them that day. You get all of this, for just $129.00 per student. . (A minimum of four students required. Limit of six for the class. Any additional student over the minimum can be added for $75.00/each)

Hats off to Dining is an AWESOME experience. Anthony and his assistant are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and entertaining.
